Senior Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will be part of 3CA market outreach initiatives and will be responsible for developing and building client relationships. The candidate should have demonstrated expertise in prospecting for new clients while ensuring constant nurturing of existing business. Only candidates from Commercial Real Estate and Hospitality background will be considered. Preference will be given to deserving female candidates.



  • To identify and build a long term active pipeline, exploring both existing markets and targeting new market opportunities

  • Take complete ownership of the BD process and should be able to develop and deliver exceptional proposals and presentations, in line with Company standards and handle senior level client interactions.

  • Map large accounts and develop associations at influencer and decision making levels.

  • Should be able to negotiate with ability to develop win-win solutions.



  • Bachelor's/PG degree

  • 6+ years' of business development experience in Commercial Real Estate, Hospitality or High Value Corporate Selling

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong knowledge of successful marketing strategies

  • Focused and goal-oriented
